The Forge platform is built on top of Interval's open source project. As a part of our early access release, we plan on providing a hosted and self-hosted fork of Interval. We'll continue to build out and release new features on the Forge platform - stay tuned for future releases!
Forge uses WebSockets under the hood to allow the UI to communicate with your existing codebase. Business logic and sensitive data stays on your servers, while the core Forge services are responsible for brokering the data between the user and your servers.
